Accessibility Tools allow equal opportunity for access and creation of Presentations

Inclusive technology in the work environment and the world wide web population needs attention.  In conducting personal analyses of video postings on sites such as YouTube, Instagram, blogs and Black Boards, the felt need is that more designers should assess and determine their audience for their presentation, while also considering the various learning styles of viewers who possible will attend their video session(s). When a work place provides differentiated presentation or training platforms, there should also be accessibility features for those individuals with various special needs.  Google Slides is a program that utilizes add-ons such as Grackle slides (reviews presentations for accessibility requirements), and the Tools features in Google Slides allows a designer to insert accessibility features such as: screen reader and braille support and collaborator announcements.

Effective platform software should provide the tools and devices to allow creation or access to include Text to Speech, Speech to Text, and Readability technology. Many softwares and presentation sites provide an overview of how they are compliant with ADA regulations.
