Big Take Away-Learning Theory

My personal theory of learning with effective instructional practices in distance education based in a K-12 environment with how the course is designed and implemented with age consideration and capabilities. The learner needs opportunity to reflect on materials but also the instructor needs to reflect and reevaluate the instruction. Was it effective?
